What are my Requirements?
- Your salary must be a minimum of $8,000.00 (Single or Joint )
- Salary MUST me passing through a bank account, same requirement for Self Employed
- Must be permanently employed/ continuous employment/ contract for a minimum of 2yrs.
- A credit history is good to have, however some banks don't require it. I must warn you, a deposit will then be required.
- Your debt service ratio MUST NOT BE MORE THAN 40% (ask for explanation)
What documents do you need to begin?
- Job Letter
- Payslip
- (2) Forms of ID
- Utility bill in your name, if you don't have one, an original Authorization letter, owner ID will be required
- Please note bank statements will be requested if you are using a bank other than your home bank.
- BIR letter will also be needed to close the transaction at bank (when that time reaches)
